Therefore, we offer advanced services regarding: Fully furnished offices: You will have the possibility of choosing your office arrangements from our furniture stock, which will meet all our client’s needs. Tables, wing tables, meeting tables, filing cabinets, high cabinets, furniture with locks, etc. You just need to specify your requirements and your office will be fully customised. Private telephone numbers and customer service for incoming calls You will have at least two telephone lines and in case you need an additional line, either for telephone or fax, it will be at your disposal in a record time. The telephone terminals of your office can be fully configured. The incoming calls can be either directed to your office or filtered through a PBX system where our operators will attend the calls on behalf of your company. Moreover, if you have the possibility of receiving calls in your office but you are not available, the call will be recovered by the PBX system so that our employees attend the call while you’re away. Call forwarding If you are out of the office, you will be able to forward the incoming calls to your mobile phone or other telephone, either filtering the call through the PBX system or receiving it directly on your phone. Simply dial a code in your office terminal plus the telephone number where you would like to forward the calls to and you will have a continuous direct communication with your clients or suppliers.
Use of fax, photocopy machine or printers of the centre
We own the most technologically advanced machines, which you will be able to use in our network to print, scan, etc.
Access to LAN/WIFI broadband Internet In the office you will have as many access points as you require. Besides, if you prefer, you will be able to connect to the Internet through our WiFi network at your disposal in all the centre area. Security/Access Only you and the people designated by you will have a 24/7 access to the centre by means of a magnetic card with an advanced management software. We have CCTV cameras which will monitor all accesses to the centre.
